Helped us design the perfect rings!

We recently visited multiple jewellers in Lichfield to buy wedding rings. We chose ES Jewellery as they were friendly and professional when helping us, and had a beautiful pre-set design that we both loved. Throughout the process of our ring creation, ES Jewellery helped us choose the right stones to get our desired colours, and allowed us to add a milgrain edge. When we couldn’t decide on the exact stones to use, we were invited in store to see how stones looked in the correct size which helped solidify our choice.
Throughout the process, Natasha kept us up to date on what had been done with the rings and what was left to be done. The final rings were absolutely beautiful and exactly what we wanted! ES Jewellery helped us design the perfect rings that had our own personal touches.

Stress free wedding ring

Had a beautiful wedding ring made to fit my engagement ring. I was given great advice on the design and what would look best. They even made a wax version so I could get an idea of how the ring will look once made. Very friendly staff made buying this very important ring stress free and enjoyable

Recently brought my engagement ring to them to be repaired – of which I was quite anxious after another jeweller elsewhere making a terrible job of it and all but destroying the ring. The repair was done much quicker than expected, and upon retrieving the ring from the shop yesterday I can happily say it looks better than ever. Very professionally done, beautifully cleaned and replated. Thank you so much as I couldn’t be without this ring.

Had two diamond rings mended, reshaped, polished and one rhodium plated. They took just under 2 weeks to do which was below the estimated time and the rings look stunning, honestly they look better than they did when they were brand new! Both rings had a line at the back where they have previously been resized, that is now gone and they don’t look like they’ve had any work done at all. So grateful. All of that for £100 I thought was pretty reasonable.

Checked out wedding bands and found one perfect for my engagement ring, but a little above budget so she managed to get one similar customer made! It’s beautiful and ready for the big day! Very disappointed with our experience today, My wife and I called in to the shop and browsed the very nice jewellery searching for my mothers 85th birthday present. We settled on a lovely necklace and agreed to buy it. When we got to the till, we were told the price had increased from the displayed price by another £19 (very nearly a 33% increase}. I asked them to honour the advertised price which they refused, despite repeated requests. The Manager eventually agreed a less than generous £5 concession. As we were short on time, we reluctantly agreed, but left feeling completely taken advantage of. I returned explaining that, according to Trading Standards, it is illegal to charge more than the displayed price, but she was unrepentant. This will be my last visit.😡

Absolutely BRILLIANT service!!! I came in as a claw on my engagement ring got knocked and was off centre. Nikki greeted me and had a look before she took the ring back to show Mike the jeweller to ask how long and how much for the repair. Within minutes she was back…ring perfectly fixed (and cleaned)…free of charge!!! Cannot recommend them enough!!!! Thank you so much!!!
