Introducing Emma and Steve

Husband and wife team, Steve and Emma established ES Jewellery in 2004. With over 45 years of combined, previous experience in the jewellery industry, they have the experience and know-how to be able to offer a wide variety of in house jewellery services.

You will also find a vast collection of branded jewellery and watches including Pandora and Olivia Burton, as well as precious jewellery and diamonds displayed in the recently re-furbished and spacious showroom.

The Workshop

The majority of jewellery repairs and restoration are carried out on the premises in the fully equipped workshop. Jewellers Steve and Mike are usually on hand to provide expert advice and explain the processes used to restore or repair your precious jewellery. ES Jewellery also offers jewellery design, remodelling and commissions services turning an idea, photo or sketch into reality.

Fitted Wedding Rings

ES Jewellery specialises in hand crafted, shaped wedding rings to fit uniquely around your unusual engagement ring. ES Jewellery’s wedding ring experts will spend time with you to discuss your perfect wedding ring design and Emma will expertly hand carve the design out of wax for you to try on. The rings can be crafted in gold or platinum and set with diamonds if you wish and the resulting effect is guaranteed to be unique, stunning and extremely comfortable, all at very competitive prices.

Helped us design the perfect rings!

We recently visited multiple jewellers in Lichfield to buy wedding rings. We chose ES Jewellery as they were friendly and professional when helping us, and had a beautiful pre-set design that we both loved. Throughout the process of our ring creation, ES Jewellery helped us choose the right stones to get our desired colours, and allowed us to add a milgrain edge. When we couldn’t decide on the exact stones to use, we were invited in store to see how stones looked in the correct size which helped solidify our choice.
Throughout the process, Natasha kept us up to date on what had been done with the rings and what was left to be done. The final rings were absolutely beautiful and exactly what we wanted! ES Jewellery helped us design the perfect rings that had our own personal touches.

Stress free wedding ring

Had a beautiful wedding ring made to fit my engagement ring. I was given great advice on the design and what would look best. They even made a wax version so I could get an idea of how the ring will look once made. Very friendly staff made buying this very important ring stress free and enjoyable

Recently brought my engagement ring to them to be repaired – of which I was quite anxious after another jeweller elsewhere making a terrible job of it and all but destroying the ring. The repair was done much quicker than expected, and upon retrieving the ring from the shop yesterday I can happily say it looks better than ever. Very professionally done, beautifully cleaned and replated. Thank you so much as I couldn’t be without this ring.

Had two diamond rings mended, reshaped, polished and one rhodium plated. They took just under 2 weeks to do which was below the estimated time and the rings look stunning, honestly they look better than they did when they were brand new! Both rings had a line at the back where they have previously been resized, that is now gone and they don’t look like they’ve had any work done at all. So grateful. All of that for £100 I thought was pretty reasonable.

Very disappointed with our experience today, My wife and I called in to the shop and browsed the very nice jewellery searching for my mothers 85th birthday present. We settled on a lovely necklace and agreed to buy it. When we got to the till, we were told the price had increased from the displayed price by another £19 (very nearly a 33% increase}. I asked them to honour the advertised price which they refused, despite repeated requests. The Manager eventually agreed a less than generous £5 concession. As we were short on time, we reluctantly agreed, but left feeling completely taken advantage of. I returned explaining that, according to Trading Standards, it is illegal to charge more than the displayed price, but she was unrepentant. This will be my last visit.😡

Absolutely BRILLIANT service!!! I came in as a claw on my engagement ring got knocked and was off centre. Nikki greeted me and had a look before she took the ring back to show Mike the jeweller to ask how long and how much for the repair. Within minutes she was back…ring perfectly fixed (and cleaned)…free of charge!!! Cannot recommend them enough!!!! Thank you so much!!!
